We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, which is why we offer a 14-day return period for any unopened and unused products in their original packaging. Please note that for hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on lashes that have been removed from the tray or have adhesive applied.

  Once our quality control team inspects your returned items, we will process your refund back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
